WHAT IF MY MORTGAGE DOESN'T ALLOW SUBLETTING?
No problem, we can use a management agreement with you instead of an Assured Shorthold Tenancy Agreement - No subletting involved.
DOES MY PROPERTY NEED A HMO LICENCE?
In most areas, as long as we have no more than 4 professionals in the property, no licence is required. However, if a licence is needed - we are experienced in this field and will work with you to get the property up to spec!
